Love this rug in my 2year old daughters' room. It just arrived and although I have not noticed the "new smell" that others have posted about, it does not lie flat right out off the bat. I'm hoping that it is due to packaging, and that it will flatten soon. Otherwise, it is precious! Perfect shade of pink, very soft and thick, and much more reasonably priced than the exact same rug on boutique websites. Now let's hope it holds up.

i love this rug!! it reminds me of rose pedals scatered on the ground!!! sooo soft!!! i purchased it for my baby girls nursery!! it looks beautiful!!! since we are not painting the room this make a huge statement in the room with absolutley no work involved!!! i recommend this rug highly!! only thing is that it come with a "new smell" that needs to be aired out so if this is for your babys room you might want to air it out before baby arrives or before putting it in the room!! WOW! This rug is so beautiful. I LOVE the color. We bought the four foot round for in front of my baby's crib. It is the perfect size and shape for our nursery. I have a shag rug bought from a local store in my older son's room, and while it cost much less- it's not in the same class as the quality of this rug. As soon as this rug was unrolled, it was perfect! Totally worth the price!

I love the appearence of the shag rugs, I bought a 4' round and a small rug for our daughters room. And they are the softest feeling type of rug, and do not slip around. We have hard wood floors and wanted something that would cover and protect, but also be child friendly and they are absolutely what we wanted!!

We purchased this rug for our daughter's nursery. It is beautiful and everyone who sees it comments on how cool the rug is and how great it looks in the nursery. Our daughter has not been born yet so it has not been used very much so i don't know about its stain resistant properties. We also use this over hardwood floors so you will need to purchase an anti-slip barrier for underneath the rug so it doesn't slip and slide. Bottom line, I love this rug, it is very stylish, and trendy and not just your average, everyday area rug! I would strongly recommend it!
