We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. Comments about Joy Carpets Cinema Rug:
Real nice carpet. But the carpet edge was frayed in two spots. If I had intended to use the carpet as a stand alone rug then I would not be too happy with it. I plan to put the rug in a wall to wall room with the edges trimmed to fit so the frayed portions are a non issue to me.
Service and delivery comments:
Delivery folks were nice and polite but the carpet was pretty wet at one end. I did not notice it until after the delivery was complete. We had to unroll the carpet to let it dry out. The moisture had reached the inner most section of the rolled up carpet.
